“Bad service and bad location”
I paid an extra RMB1240 for 3pax room but without extra bed. If I need extra bed I have to pay extra rmb280 per night. This is very unreasonable. Very bad service and bad location.

“Perfect for business purposes”
Great hotel if attending the Canton fair. Breakfast was more than sufficient and the bus schedule to the fair was very convenient. The hotel is located within easy access to metro and restaurants. The best part was the bed. I love a firm mattress, but this hotel takes it to another level. I was surprised how well I slept on a bed that was so firm.

The gym was great. Pillows and bed are comfortable. Hotel concierge is friendly. Need to tap with hotel card to enter my side of the room which makes me feel safe

Great place to stay. We had the two-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for our family of four. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and we would definitely stay here again when we’re back in Guangzhou.

Hard mattresses like you sleep on the stone in the apartments with laundry machine. I booked 1 of them, but it’s impossible to sleep there, so we changed to hotel room, but they charged me for the room more money that 15 minutes earlier they offered me free upgrade for the same hotel room. Nobody speaks english (even most of the receptionists) and the staff and bellboy doesn’t help with the luggage. It’s very rude attitude to woman with small daughter, I asked for help with the suitcases and the bellboy told me with translator that is not his job and to take them alone! They refuse to send me company invoice for the stay, I asked multiple times and I continue to write them the details, but they didn’t send me anything. I payed with company card and it’s a problem that they dont send a company invoice.
