“Good location and value for money”
I stayed there of about 2 weeks , extended my booking as the location was convenient for me. Not far from metro Stn Linhexi Exit D. Got Starbucks and Lavazza on ground floor in the adjacent building. Theres also a few places to eat in the mall nearby. No famous good restaurants though, but there are plenty very good places to eat within 10-15 minutes by taxi.

location is close to subway 3 and still walking distance to subway 1. The property has a washing machine. I asked for rails hanger to dry my clothes.

“Perfect stay for a business traveller.”
A very good apartment to stay at. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious. It had all facilities as mentioned. We cooked our food as we are strict vegeterians. Location was perfect as Canton Fair could be reached with in 15 mins by taxi. Hotel also provided a free shuttle bus for pick up & drop but at designated times. All markets & major tourist spots are like 20 - 25 mins by taxi. Metro station Linhe West is 5 mins by walk. In walking distance you have 7-11, Aoen Super market, Fruit & vegitable shops & Pharmacy. The host does not speak proper english, but still manages by using translator. Their Reception is on 7th floor. The boys at the enterence were very helpful in guiding us places with maps and booking taxi in case of our need. Its a very convenient place to stay.

The location was very good, easy access to shopping centers and the city centre of Guangzhou. The room was very big and spacious, it had a fridge and washing machine, they even provided washing powder.

We requested a late check out as our flight was leaving at midnight and we were prepared to pay for it and the residence accepted and even said that we could have this with no extra cost. When we arrived we were denied this as they were fully booked.
