“We were very happy with our beautiful accomodation and it was a great location near the metro.”
The breakfast was lovely and traditional. Location was great as there was a shuttle bus to the Canton Fair. There was a breathtaking view in a quiet location. The steam room and sauna were the best ever experienced and the large spa pool was so relaxing. The gym was also awesome!

1. Breakfast was very good for Chinese hotel, there were many of good options of international food. 2. Views to the river from the room are very sweet. 3. Room is spacious and has washing machine with detergent. 4. There is a metro station next to the hotel, free shuttle bus to Canton Fair, Starbucks, McDonald’s, 7eleven. 5. Nearby is a promenade where you can run or have a walk

“Comfortable hotel,great staff.beware at CNY it will be busy!”
Room very comfortable.great view from the window on 43rd floor and some nice sunsets across the estuary. Nice staff. comfortable big bed, decent gym. well kitted out.It was good value becaise despite the demand for breakfast they didn't inflate the price like a lot of other hotels at Spring Festival in Guangzhou.

Beautiful hotel on the island with very nice rooms and well equipped. The one bedroom apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with clothes washing machine and wonderful views. The cutlery is very basic but sufficient

Everything but what I enjoyed most was the place the Bio-Island is pretty futuristic... and the view from my room! wow! ill never forget that morning view with the sun rising in China!

“Nice and Comfy Stay”
Nice And Quiet Place with beautiful surroundings . Best part the Metro station is inside the compound so it makes really easy to move around the city. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The Environment is perfect. Metro is 2 minutes walk. But not to forget Mr Thomas Li. Mr. Thomas Li, part of the guest services team at Somerset Bio-Island Guangzhou, made my two-week stay in 2025 exceptional. His warm, professional demeanor and fluent English made everything seamless at this modern serviced apartment on Guangzhou’s International Bio-Island. He ensured a smooth check-in and shared practical tips, like navigating the metro from nearby Guanzhou station. His standout moment was arranging a last-minute airport shuttle to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport for my flight. Mr. Thomas’s thoughtful, personalized service made my stay feel like home, making him a gem and Somerset Bio-Island a top pick for Guangzhou. Thank you Mr Thomas Li again.

“Perfect”
It is so good, we had come back for our third stay. The staff is kind and very helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have amazing views. The hotel is very close to the metro station, only 2 minutes away. The breakfast was delicious with both Chinese and western foods. I recommend it.☺️

“Oberall, I rate them exceptional. Anytime I come back to Guangzhou, I’ll still choose that hotel.”
Clean, staff very efficient and friendly. Even though there’s communication barrier, they tried as much as possible to keep us comfortable. Their food was extremely healthy 🥰🥰 The house keeping was very good, 5 stars to the house keeping.

“I warmly reccomed this place, which is modern and well located.”
Location is perfect with very convenient shuttle bus to Canton fair, just a few minutes away. Our appartment (3 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms in 48th flloor) was very spacious. Kitchen has small equipment for cooking but good enough, we didn't need anything more then was was provided. Also washing machine and dryer were very usefull. We got new, clean towels every day, eventhough it was not needed. The place is very quiet and relaxing. I was very happy also with the hotel staff, and did not have any bad experience with non English speaking hotel personal. Especially Mrs. Maggie was very helpfull when we needed to go souvenier shopping, she adviced us cool places to go and recommended what to buy and took care about taxi. Thank you very much! It was really pleasure!
