Location met my needs - food, transport, airport all close to the apartment. Nice area to walk around...felt very safe even late at night. Locals very friendly.

The best apartment to stay in Guangzhou... Everything's 10 to 10 ...... As long i by in GZ will be my choice

“Bad Experience”

We were extremely disappointed with the experience, as the apartment we originally booked clearly mentioned having a kitchen, which was one of the primary reasons for our selection due to our family’s specific food requirements. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the apartment did not have a kitchen at all. Later, we were shifted to another apartment in a similar building, but that apartment did not provide the same view and experience as the one we had originally booked and paid for. Although the replacement apartment had a kitchen setup, there were no proper kitchen amenities or utensils available, making it practically unusable. Overall, this felt like a complete misrepresentation of the property listing and a betrayal of customer trust. We specifically chose and paid for a certain type of apartment experience, but what was delivered was entirely different from what had been advertised.

Big comfortable apartment and clean. Location was good too not far from metro and shopping centre and East Guangzhou train station.

“What we needed”

We picked this hotel entirely for the location next to the Guangzhou east train station for an early morning train,the check in was a bit tricky as they only accept Ali pay or cash which we had neither of but there was an atm 2 minutes away so we paid cash,no English at all spoken apart from on the phone which wasn’t a problem,there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby but we opted for McDonald which was a 5 minute walk ,I would book this hotel again simply for the location and cost

For A temporary stay overnight for the train, this is good, shops / food nearby. You can see the trains station from window (5min walk)

Guangzhou railway east station is across the street and you can go where you want, room is very large and you have a lot of space and accomodation

Room so spacing and goods for family all necessary households use had almost 2nd home to stay

The room was lovely. A spacious 2 floors loft with a panoramic view of the city. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks for Jenny for all your attention and help during our accomodation.

Location was great had no problems finding a good meal nearby, Subway just down the road and PoPark shopping centre just minutes away. Staff were friendly and cheerful English not well spoken but got by OK

The location was very near to Guangzhou East High Speed Train station. Use Exit 3 to walk to the apartment It is also a near to bus interchange.
