Nothing. We booked due to the excellent reviews. Note that we did not stay but decided to leave our feedback so that other customers could consider their choice accordingly. *The review of "10" was for those who stayed at another facility, different location...I was told it's a very nice, clean facility and it's much closer to the high speed train station... yes, it's a bit tricky. *- Despite the impossibility to get immediate help from Booking.com ... We'd like to Thanks Booking.com for their later support in resolving our problem so that we can continue to trust Booking.com for further booking.

Very bad staff

Our first day in China turned into a nightmare. We traveled from Hong Kong and, due to several unforeseen delays, arrived at the apartment at 1 AM instead of the expected 7 PM. Throughout our journey, we maintained constant communication with the owner via Booking.com. She never mentioned any potential issues. However, upon our arrival, she informed us that it was too late and that she had given our room to someone who paid more. Despite being reliable and ensuring the owner that we would arrive, we took a taxi for 20 km, only to discover that the hotel was fully booked. This left us stranded and devastated. My wife, overwhelmed by the situation, burst into tears. It was only then that the owner offered us the option to sleep on massage beds in one of the hotel's rooms. Our carefully laid plans for the next two days collapsed like a house of cards. During our stay, the owner repeatedly called us "crazy." All we had asked was for a favor to help book train tickets to ensure we could reach our final destination. She eventually booked the tickets but for the wrong date. When she received a refund from the railway company, she initially refused to return the money to us. It was only after we involved the police that she finally refunded our money. This terrible experience was incredibly stressful and disheartening. I strongly urge potential travelers to avoid this place to spare themselves from similar distress.

They asked for money for the key, there is no reception, the room was not cleaned for 4 days, too much fee was charged, it is a terrible hotel and I asked for a taxi, they took a commission, the owner of the property is also a rude person.

It's walkable from the South Railway station for the high-speed train. The room is big, actually good for two people. Many affordable restaurants and shops are nearby.
