The location is great for me, rain and luggage safe to 2 subway lines (walk through the mall) and there is a 3rd one not far. The Botanical Garden is a few stops only. The entry/exit to/from the building is via an automatic face recognition gate, it provides me a kind of security feeling. There are many restaurants both in the mall and in the close street. There is a supermarket, too. The flat is clean, my socks didn't collect anything. Staff is very helpful and I love their can do approach, even their limited English :) Their office is in the (food) street on the left side of the big cinema/KTV, on the right side of the street. The AirCon and the Washing Machine is in Chinese only, I upload the translations. The washing machine is a Chinese type: 1: have a mesh bag for long sleeve clothes; 2: if you use fabric conditioner, you need to pause the machine before rinse and add it.
