The hotel location is great. The breakfast is fresh and offers a wide variety of foods (local and European). The area around the hotel has many different stores, where you can enjoy food, drinks and even a Xiaomi store.

“The free laundry is a great thing”
The bathroom door and toilet door arrangement is a pain maybe they can put the shower in the bathroom and have the toilet separated with own door

“Do better cleaning of rooms. Otherwise - all good”
Could be cleaner. The floor had marks of spilled dirt liquid from the very beginning, some hairs and dust as well. And it has never been cleaned during the whole stay. Not very critical to me personally but I know many people would not tolerate it.

The hotel is centrally located, clean. The pictures are quite accurate. There is a food mall on the ground floor with quite a lot of food options. The hotel itself starts from the 3rd floor. The staff: Great. Very helpful. Some language barrier that a translation app can fix.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, truly amazing people. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and modernI really enjoyed my stay. It’s also very well located. On top of that, there’s a McDonald’s right downstairs, open 24/7, which is perfect if you arrive late at night and feel hungry. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent location. The hotel is quiet new and the room is clean. It has everything a traveller will ever need. Decoration feels premium yet its at a very reasonable price. The robot delivery service for food is fun. I will highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling near Tianhe district(CBD).

“Great location, well designed and very comfortable”
Great location, everything was clean and the rooms were exceptionally well designed, including all the amenities and space/layout. The rooftop bar was impressive. Gym was standard and the free washing facilities were well appreciated.
