The warm reception and friendliness of staff. Though there was a communication gap, the hotel tried to ensure one of the front desk personnel at every ship understands a little English. Ada, Yang and Zuo did that during my stay. They provide free airport transport 24/7 both to and fro. Kudos to them on this

The quality of the hotel was very high. No bad smell, everything very clean. The breakfast was a mix of traditional chinese and continental and was very delicious. Besides of the hotel is a restaurant for dinner which was excellent.

Very kind helpful staff. Extremely quiet and comfortable with block out curtains, free airport shuttle, reception staff kindly allowed extended checkout due to a late flight.

The free shuttle was very reliable and the staff was very friendly. This was my second time staying at the facility and I will definitely choose the same place for my next trip to Guangzhou. The breakfast was also very good and the variety served was excellent

“Excellent, don't change the staff , Expect my more stays.”
Its at good location, staff is very co-operative. One incident i would like to share ; they had wrongly double refunded me in cash, I was not aware , they messaged me on Wechat after immigration, I refunded the back via Ali pay , not because i am honest Because the staff is fab. I didn't wanted to trouble them.
