“Clean, modern, everything you need”

I love this hotel. I have stayed here four times. It’s clean, modern, and has lovely staff. The location is excellent, overlooking a waterway, and I enjoy walking across the bridge each day to my supplier’s office. There are plenty of shops and restaurants directly underneath the hotel, offering lots of food variety without the crowds you often find in busy commercial areas. The setting feels relaxed and convenient. It would also be a great choice for families travelling with children. There’s a community area at the base of the hotel with activities for young kids, plus an arcade, McDonald’s, Miniso, and other family-friendly options nearby. A special mention to Tracy at the front desk, who is always incredibly helpful and welcoming. She enjoys practising her English, which is excellent, and always made me feel at home.

I was especially impressed by the work of one of the receptionists. Her name is Jane. She was very helpful in resolving any issues that may have arisen. The night delivery of one of my shipments to a transportation company warehouse was particularly challenging. I hope everything goes smoothly.

It was ok. As service apartment it offered a room. That was it. Oh… and a vending machine that offered not much. I made a mistake in booking. But if all Hampton Hiltons are like this I won’t bother.
