I chose this place for my business trip, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful with everything. They even personally assisted me with my sample deliveries. I didn’t experience any problems, and I stayed here for 13 nights without any issues. Highly recommended.

The woman in reception was very helpful, she sent samples for us, when we told her about the bed problem, she solved. On the last day, she helped with late check out and keeping of our luggages. The place is just 5 minutes from the subway, there are western restaurants there.

“Great staff, comfortable stay, and I will definitely be coming back”
Given it was Canton Fair time, I think it was good value for money. The staff was very helpful even helping me check in at 2am which is when I arrived.

The location is superb, near to the subway station - 珠江新城 & 五羊邨 Also, it’s nearby to 海心沙广场 & 花城大道 you can take a walk nearby, is a nice place The staff, Lisa is really helpful as well. She upgraded the room from king room to loft for us with no additional charges!
