“Comfortable”
Very clean and home atmosphere, everything is included in the room. Specially mulim shower. All the amenities like dish washing microwave and washing machine was provided. Very comfortable room and big space. Feels like home

The room was very large, since it’s actually a studio without kitchen facilities. It has a water cooker, small washing machine and a fridge. A seating area and large bed. The location is good, nearby a metro stop (YiDe Lu), but it’s about 20 min walk to Beijing Lu. The staff is very friendly and helpful, sometimes the communication is with a translator app, which was fine.

“Convenient, comfortable and great value for money”
Very nice location. Very accommodating personnel that helped me to have a good first night in Guangzhou. Comfortable bed and nice view of the river.

“Out of all the accomodation I used in China, this was the worst one by far!”
My friend and I had exactly the same room booking, but they varied in size and appearance. I got the short end when I compared it to my friends room. The room was tired, old and quiet dirty and certainly didn't match the pictures.

Very convenient location. 5 minutes walk to Yide Lu Metro Station. 3 minutes walk to beautiful river. Many shops near metro. We bought some toys for kids very good variety and good prices. Manager at reception is Joe. The best guy in town. He was studying and working in Japan and just shifted back to China. Managing the apartment with his team now. Very courteous, accomodating and very helpful in every way. He helped us with Ali Pay installation verification, currency exchange, booked Uber / cabs for us plus his English was excellent so there was no language barrier. Big shout out to Joe and his team.

“I liked the area, and the room was great value. Just bring your own teaspoon!”
It was surprisingly easy to find & only a 5 min walk from Yide Lu station It was in an interesting area, definitely not touristy. Great local eateries close by. Quick & easy check in, lovely young man who spoke very good English at the front desk. The room itself was spacious & clean. Very handy to have a washing machine (which was nice & quiet) & space to hang washing up to dry, out of the way. The lady who cleaned my room did a great job. TV was easy to use, just turned it on, no setting up needed.
