Absolutely top draw, what a wonderful hotel. Made a real effort when they knew it was my birthday. The room was brilliant with unbelievable views. As for the free late night food offering, wow 😊

Perfection in our room and excellent staff. Even the hallways were well attended and looked excellent. Overall a great stay and would be happy to stay again.

This is an awful level for a five-star hotel. According to international standards, staff in such hotels are expected to speak English, yet here none of the employees spoke it. I was also very surprised by the room amenities: for the first time in my life, I saw instant coffee in sachets in a five-star hotel — this is completely unacceptable for this level. Housekeeping was poor, and the staff often forgot to replenish drinks and tea. Moreover, the room only had basic tea bags (such as Dilmah), which I usually encounter in 2–3 star hotels, not in a five-star one. Overall, the impression was extremely negative. The hotel is absolutely not worth the money, and the management is very poor.

“Great hotel, but a bit too pricey”
Great location, perfect view of Canton Tower. The room very clean and spacious. Included not only breakfast, but also midnight snack at hotel restaurant which we really appreciated after the flight.

Was a wonderful hotel with availability in food almost all day. Jeffrey is the executive chef of the hotel and helped us with everything we needed. We have an one year old baby and we need special food for her, so we did his best to make us happy.
