Ms.Tiffany at reception made everything so comfortable as soon as I checked in. Also she personally helped me for my personal medical related requirements. She is a wonderful lady and she is the best as long as gust hospitality is conference. Thanks once again to entire hotel management and special thanks for Ms.Tiffany for making my stay comfortable.

“Once in a life time experience”
Bugs in the room, staff walked in to our rooms right before checkout as if to make sure that we checked out. Towels were dirty, air conditioning wasn't working properly in 2 rooms, and an extremely outdated hotel.

“Very good hotel, location and value for money”
Buffet Breakfast, lots of options. Location was excellent. Train just outside the hotel. Bus services to Canton Fair and back. Lots of eateries and shopping market nearby.
