Everthing especially the free pick up service. In the morning when the vehicle was not at the hotel the staff ordered a free taxi for me. I'm very grateful for that. Will definitely book this hotel again when I have another long flight transfer in Guanzhou.

“exceptional location and great value for money”
The room was big and good value for money. stayed for a overnight for a flight the next day. The staff were helpful, the shuttle bus to and from the hotel and airport is an added bonus. The location is perfect, near by to a street food vendors and a local market. Shout out to the staff for getting my phone back to me as I left it on the shuttle bus.

“Excellent stay, would be happy to stay here again.”
Modern and well appointed Hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Very responsive to messages sent. Excellent free and frequent airport shuttle bus. We had to leave early the next morning and were concerned we would miss breakfast but all passengers on our 5am airport shuttle bus were provided with brown bag breakfasts - very much appreciated.

“Nice but a little disappointing”
Lovely room set up. Atmosphere was very nice and comfortable. Loved the double shower heads. Beds were comfortable.

The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. There is a free airport shuttle every hour. The breakfast was phenomenal, so many choices. There is nothing that one could fault about this hotel.

Breakfast was okay. Staff were helpful! The free shutter to airport is useful. Room design is great and the bed linen was the best I ever had in all my overseas work travels at 4-star hotels!
