“Nice hotel, but unacceptable cigarette smell in non-smoking room”
I have stayed at this hotel several times during the Canton Fair. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is good, and the location is convenient with shuttle service to the exhibition center. Overall, it offers good value for money.

“Rooms was nice but not a good hotel for westerners.”
Several problems with staff and speaking English. Required to pay cash in advance and then told no western or Japanese restaurant. No restaurants nearby and some colleagues dont eat Chinese food so big problem for them.

It is close enough to the Canton Fair Complex 25 min walk or 5 min cab, but yet is within a populated area. Place is clean and upscale. The Gym was quite good and adequate.

The hotel room is nice, the hotel location is good with my work. The service here seems to be inadequate, possibly due to the long closure of covid epidemic. The staff here barely speak English, but fortunately I met Ms Flora, shi is good english. I would like to thank Flora for her enthusiasm in some of my support during my stay.
