“We had a nice stay in a beautiful environment i love the senerity”
The breakfast arrangement wasnt properly arranged, During our stay the restaurant on the 1st floor was closed, we ate there on the second day we enjoyed the meal and the staff were very nice and friendly, the third day the restaurant was closed so breakfast wasn't available and we paid for breakfast

“I contacted the hotel a few days in advance to arrange birthday decorations and provided my contact”
I contacted the hotel a few days in advance to arrange birthday decorations and provided my contact details. Upon arrival, I was informed my reservation had been cancelled due to an invalid credit card, with no prior call or notice, which was quite unexpected. However, the duty manager was excellent. He was friendly, efficient, resolved my check-in quickly, upgraded my room, and prepared a birthday cake, making up for the inconvenience. Sincere and thoughtful service.Thank you, will definitely stay again. Btw: The hotel also has a Canton Fair credential processing center, which is very convenient for those attending the fair!!

We went to this hotel just to go and chill by the pool for 2 days. The pool was closed on both days even though the app said the pool would be open. We ended up leaving a day early because there was nothing to do it the area.
