“Hotel was above and beyond our expectations.”
The staff, in particular Joyce Su and her manager were very compassionate and sympathetic to us, as we got scammed through the taxi driver but they got involved and we recoup most of our money back. Just want to say thanks so much again. You guys went above and beyond you job title. Breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from, as I'm vegetarian and a fussy eater and they had more than enough to choose from the buffet. Location was very handy also, as it was close to a lot of facilities.

“Beautiful and cleanlines”
Beautiful and cleanliness, polite staff and the customer service is top notch. Easy access to the public transport and it’s surrounded with many malls and shop, supermarkets everything. This is my 4 business trip and so happy.

Very convenient location to reach from the Station and into the city. Close to a subway station. The rooms are large and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We particularly want to thank Brutto for his support during our stay.

We very like hotel. Staff was very nice and helpfull, person who take care of us - Jason Melvin was so friendly and answer all our questions! Rooms are big and clean, bathroom very good equiped and refilled every day. Close to hotel is very beautifull park where you can go and rest. Also 2 metro stations nearby are huge advantage.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, including the cleaners and reception team, were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always welcoming. The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options and generous portions, and having both breakfast and lunch included was a great bonus. A special thank you to the room service team, especially Xenia and Shirley, who were professional, attentive, and truly made my stay memorable.

“It was great value. the metro access was a big plus.”
The room was a suite. It was very spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It is very close to two Metro stations, one of which is ideal for the airport. The other is on a line with lots of tourist attractions, Chen Clan Academy, Shamian Island etc. I would definitely stay there again.

“Older Chinese style 5-star hotel in close proximity to the airport and the Baiyun Mountain district”
Good value for money, especially the Grand suite, offering 70 sqm of space shared between the bedroom and the day meeting area. Grand-style entrance hall typical of an Asian 5-star hotel. The English-speaking concierge was outstanding in his knowledge of the local tours and operators, so it's best to consult him for advice while staying at the hotel. The hotel is located at a relatively short distance from Baiyun Airport. Taxis waiting at the hotel will take you to the local shopping districts, which are plentiful and low-priced when using their meters.
