“It's not five-star hotel but definitely value for money.”
Staff are friendly, not only receptionists, but also those janitors. Bottles of waters and tea in fridge was free to take which is very nice especially during hot seasons. Bed, bathroom, toilets were clean enough. Located in a busy area with walkable distance (10 mins) to several big shopping malls.
