“Friendship trip”

The staff from front desk to housekeeping are friendly and they will greet all guests. The room is cozy too and the bath towels are individually wrapped with plastic bags for hygiene purposes. Every night from 9:30 to 11:30 pm there is complimentary supper which consists of two different kinds of porridge plus buns and dumplings.

Staff (reception, room attendants) are warm, friendly and professional. All staff at the hotel greet you politely when you bump into them in the hotel. Room is clean and can have a view of the canton tower. Hotel has complimentary laundry facilities and a small gym. Complimentary simple supper is also served from 930-11pm. A kind gesture for guests who maybe hungry at night. Taikoo Hui shopping centre is about 8 minutes walk. Lots of eateries nearby the hotel.

We like the complimentary drip coffee and tea. The robot delivery is cute and helpful to sent over our coffee cups. The seafood restaurant is good and price reasonable.

The location is close enough to the major malls yet away fm the crowd so it’s a good choice. The front desk team is ever ready to assist in whatever way they could Wu to your queries . Impressed with their service. They are really giving their best.

The location is fantastic and facilities in the hotel and room were great. Staff were cheerful and take time to address customers concerns which can mean a longer wait in the queue. But patience goes both ways - they make sure you're briefed on the hotel booking and the rest is easy.

Location is great, staff is friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable. Love the complimentary honey black tea in the room. Amenities in the room is great. Love that they have a robot to deliver my food deliveries up to the room. Overall a great hotel and I will be back!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. I like the hotel as it didn’t provide unnecessary amenities such as lotion, cotton bud, sewing kit. I believe this can help to bring cost down and hence provide affordable accommodation.

The hotel is conveniently located near to food and shopping, they provide both breakfast and super which is pretty good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room are clean and great. Would consider to stay with them again.

“Top notch service in a great location!”

The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable with great service and amenities. There’s a fruit platter, snacks and drinks awaiting you when you check in. Breakfast had a good spread and they even provide you with free supper in the evening. We checked out early in the morning and we could request for a simple takeaway breakfast too! You can’t beat the location as it is a short stroll away from all the big shopping malls in the area and there’s plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

THE LARGE NUMBER OF EATERIES NEARBY

The staffs were exceptionally warm and welcoming, helpful and polite throughout my 6days stays.

I would like to compliment Ms. Chen Fei (橙飞) and her team of colleagues for their kindness and compassion in assisting me with contacting the airline to make arrangements to rebook my air tickets so I could return home to attend the funeral of my loved one who passed away suddenly. Their support meant a great deal to me and my family.

Very good service by staff at check in and when I needed assistance. An Yu was exceptional in her service. Hotel is at convenient location, clean and room layout efficient. Breakfast is good too.
