I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The reception team were absolutely fantastic β very welcoming, professional, and always helpful with anything I needed. Room service was superb: fast, friendly, and high quality. Every request was handled perfectly and with a great attitude. The laundry service also deserves special mention β efficient, well-organised, and delivered exactly as promised. Overall, the level of service across the hotel was outstanding. You can really feel that the staff care about guest comfort. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast not bad. Staff very friendly. Location of hotel just next to Metro Station Line 2 very convenient to go anywhere. Public Transport near hotel also very convenient.
