“Definitely never staying there again”
Most disappointing was that you have to pay for everything else so room fare is just what you pay for, access to pools which are actually smaller than they seem in the pictures, for parking they charge you $300 as extra as well, breakfast was supposedly included but with a lot of restrictions and charges again (example : coffee only black not milk included etc) location is good and staff is friendly.

The hotel is centrally located in Guanajuato and a decent breakfast is included in the price. The staff is nice and helpful.

“Great value for price, tasty breakfast”
Very good location, in the city center, yet with no bigger street next to it. Breakfast - perfect size and mix of western and traditional Mexican - probably the best chilaquiles I have eaten during this trip. Staff - there is a problem with our original room and they provided us with a new one. Nice view from terrace.
