The location is on a very steep hill and its the only way to the city center if you want to walk. They have a shuttle service but its more expensive than taxi so its not worth it to wait for the shuttle. They made me pay by cash, cause they ask for 30% extra if you want to pay by card. And when I asked why they said government taxes 😂😂. It does not worth the price you pay, just stay in city center and if you want a top view of the city take the cable car to the statue.
