“Ok for one night stay, but overpriced for the lack of comfort”
The staff were very pleasant and the check-in process went very smoothly. Clear instructions for the check-in process, and rooms were clean. Parking on premises is definitely a big bonus and taxi ride to historic center is decently priced at around 80-90MXN.

“Deplorable”
Didn't respected my room selection, gave me a lower one. That's a ripp off. No hot water at all the whole stay. No blankets for cold !!! That was a huge issue. We ended up giving up the room at night due to this. Very deplorable BOOKING.COM,...you should improve this or will keep.on losing clients

“Good price for the value”
The value/price ratio is very good. This place is a long distance from downtown and it is not really walkable on the roads around there. Apart for the distant barking dogs and the trucks on the road in the morning (starting around 7AM), the place was very quiet (compared to another other hotel downtown). The place has moskito nets on the windows, which is great.
