Spacious rooms with old world charm. Beautiful rural setting and helpful staff. They arranged an English speaking guide for the fabulous indigenous market held every Thursday.

“Even better than we thought”
A charming place to stay, close to Guamote by car but far enough to enjoy a quiet night. Nicely furnished, very welcoming. A small heating in the room makes the difference. Very good (& generous) dinner and breakfast.

“Great hacienda in the mountains”
Very nice hacienda, great food, nice people. There are not many places to stay in Guamote. Ideal place to explore lagunas del parque Sangay o desierto de Palmira.

The staff was very friendly and helpful,the Hacienda has a farm with lots of animals and it was possible to take a walk in the lovely rural surroundings.Breakfast was great as well and the room very comfortable.

We had a very nice stay. It is a very elegant and charming place to visit. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We were traveling across the country and found the location a nice place to rest outside of the city. We hope to return soon.
