“Not exactly a hidden jewel, but recommended for singles or couples.”
The location is fine, close to all amenties, parking near the property is difficult. Main parking area for the town is only 5 mins walk away, ok if your are not with heavy bags or infirmed in any way. The door opening with an app was novel to me, and I did keep my fingers crossed, certainly gone midnight when the door did not open first or second time! All was well in the end. I presume there is an alternative for guests without Smartphones.

“Cosy apartment in a great area with a great host”
When we arrived we found that the heating function of the air conditioning unit in the apartment had been switched on for us in anticipation of our arrival - this meant the apartment was warm at a time that Spain is seeing exceptionally cold winter weather. The apartment had everything we needed and more for our stay. Good sized apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There were coffee, tea and Colacao options as well as mini-muffins in the apartment for guests. The host Raúl was available on WhatsApp and responded quickly to questions that we had and regarding updates about our arrival. We came to Guadix for a Hot Air Balloon festival (XXIII Festival de Aerostación de Geoparque de Granada) and although check out should have been 12pm, we were slightly delayed and Raúl was very accommodating with our late checkout.

“Very good value for money and extremely clean and confortable flat”
The flat was really really really clean. It's a nice flat, quite new and is pleasantly furnished. Nice quality bedding (linen etc) and confortable bed. The owner was waiting for me as the IKEY lock was broken. He was very nice and helpful. The flat is perfectly located, close to everything and with various eating options at the door, virtually. Easy to park in the surrounding streets. All in all a great 3 nights and 2 days. Kitchen has everything one needs. I really appreciated a lot of the small details like milk in the fridge and various other things like paper napkins etc. I warmly recommend this rental. What's more it's very dog friendly.

I had seen the reviews on booking com and was wondering if this house worth such a high rate. The answer is YES! the location is perfect, everything is new in this house, the owner is a very nice person. To make the long story short: this place is perfect for a short or long stay.
