The hotel is very, very clean. The rooms are very pleasant and comfortable. I will definitely stay again. There is a large secure garage for motorbikes and cars. It is also well located to walk around the town.

I’ve stayed at the hotel Carmen many times, and it never disappoints. Every visit has been consistently excellent, which is why I keep coming back. The staff are always welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and pleasant. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff gave me a warm and friendly welcome, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spotless, a very comfortable bed, and equipped with air conditioning and TV – perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the best things about this hotel is the convenience. There’s a bar and restaurant right on-site, which made breakfast and meals easy and enjoyable without needing to go far. Another big plus is the ample free parking right next to the hotel – no hassle at all. The location is also great. It’s within walking distance to the city centre, so I was able to explore the area easily without needing a car. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with great service, and excellent value for money: the quality of service, comfort, and amenities at Hotel Carmen far exceed what you’d expect at this price. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guadix. Whether it's your first time or you're a regular like me, you'll enjoy your stay!

Overall great experience. Very clean. Lots of space in the room and bathroom. Incredible shower!! Very powerful. Carparking is possible on the immediate street and it's free! Good location and easy walk to the old part of town. The room was facing the main road into the town but wasn't a problem for me as earplugs are a norm. Supermarket immediately opposite too was a plus!

The friendliness of the reception, the staff in the attached bar were all polite and welcoming the whole ambience of the place was exemplary and if you wanted to try another place the bar at the rear of the local supermarket excelled with its tapas
