“A warm welcome in a beautifully restored building in the centre of Guadix”

A most warm welcome by Manolo, the owner, who spared no trouble to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Upon hearing we had not made a reservation at a particular restaurant, he immediately rang the establishment and booked us a table. He also invited us down into his wine cellar for a tasting of his very own vino. We had a great chat while sampling 😋 We will recommend Las Termas to any of our friends who might happen to visit the beautiful town of Guadix.

Absolutely beautiful property only steps from the cathedral and Roman ruins. The owner was a delight who invited us to drink small batch wine in his cellar. First class experience. Breakfast is excellent too.

Las Termas is more than just a hotel; it's an experience in itself. It is situated in an old, beautifully maintained 16th-century palace, a true miracle. The owner, Manolo, put in a lot of work to restore it to its former glory. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning wooden ceiling. The bathroom was also very large and elegant. Manolo took great care of us, preparing a delicious breakfast for us and inviting us to try his homemade wine. He was the best host you could ever hope for! Thank you for everything, Manolo, and I hope to see you again soon in Krakow! :)

It was amazing the room. Very quiet with excellent blackout shutters. The bathroom was one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. The owner was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Very interesting house

It’s really something extra to stay at Manolo’s place which has been restored with care. You feel like you stay at a small 16th century palace. The wine cellar and the hospitality of Manolo and Sandra also contributes to a really interesting stay. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it.

An absolutely delightful experience. Nestled in the heart of the town, the location couldn't be more perfect for exploring local attractions and enjoying the atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hospitality of the owner. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable and enchanting getaway.

The location of the accommodation is fantastic. The owner and his daughter are very friendly. The room was great. I spent one night here, I wanted to get away from Madrid a bit. It was the best choice, both the town and the accommodation. Thank you!

“Lovely overnight stay in Guadix”

Lovely property with lots of charm and character in the old town close to the cathedral. Welcome by the owner is very friendly and warm. Our room had a traditional 4 poster bed that was very comfortable and a nice spacious bathroom. Everything is spotless. with great attention to detail. We only stayed one night in December and it was very quiet which we appreciated. Would be very happy to come back when next visiting Andalucia. Highly recommended!
