It is a beautiful building in beautiful place-the view from the rooms over the monastry is extraordinary. The rooms were clean, stuff very friendly and helpful and food was great.

Even I'd it was full, we enjoyed a quiet and relaxed stay in a truly unique historical building. And we'd recommend the restaurant, which has a great wine list and wonderful local food

“Nice hotel but difficult to find”

Nice hotel. Rooms are well maintained. It's currently undergoing some renovations so the central courtyard and gardens weren't accessible but they looked a nice feature.

Amazing view of the town from the room. Loved the room a good size, very comfortable and a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was great. The food in the restaurant was absolutely superb. We will come again

“Great period property next door to Monastery with parking”

Fantastic period property next door to the Monastery. Getting there by car can be tricky due to the steep, narrow lanes but there is parking available at an extra cost. Room was very comfortable with a terrace but bathroom was small and cramped. We had half board so enjoyed a decent regional dinner and a good breakfast.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely hotel in a nice central town location. Safe and secure parking for motorbike. Swimming pool was very nice and relaxing and courtyard area was lovely to sit in during the evening.

The hotel is very well located and the rooms are comfortable. We had dinner one night which was good, Overall a good place to stay in Guadalupe.

Wonderfull view of the monastery from the room and balcony. Dinner served outside on beautiful terrace next to the arboretum garden was a special experience. Excellent service. Drinks beforehand under the lemon trees in the historic cloister also memorable. Quality of restoration and upkeep of the parador is exceptional.

Nice hotel, liked the balcony and the beautiful rooms. Bar area / patio was very cool place for some drinks. Restaurant also very good. Good location, staff is nice and attentive. Parking at site (16 euro per day) but staff also guided me to the best free spots. Special shout out to the young woman working at the pool! She was always making sure everyone was safe, attentive if someone needed something and in the spare time she did al kind of other tasks like cleaning the beds and tables, give water to the plants and other small tasks which was very nice to see. That will be the hotel director some day for sure!

Hotel in town centre. Good level parking within the hotel for motorbike. Felt secure but 8 euros per night. We had deluxe room with balcony which had stunning views of the monastry, mountains and town. We spent one eve on balcony eating local food and wine from local supermarket. Room spacious, clean and beds comfy. Good sized bathroom. Room hsd valuable air con as we were there in heatwave! Food in restaurant ok . Not too expensive. Good pool. Nice grounds.
