“Great hospitality and great value for money”

Had a great time in this hostel. José is probably one of the nicest people I've met in all my travels. He will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and took us on a tour to Las Gachas for free!! It's centrally located in the main square, so everything is close by. Definitely do the Tres Cascadas and El Perico hike here to if you have the chance.

Jose is very kind and explain very well all the rout and a extra tips, the hostel is nice and clean, with open air spaces, is very quiet and the bed is comfortable.

Absolute amazing property in Guadalupe! Jose is the king of tourism in Guadalupe and took us for a whole day tour around the area including to visit Las Gachas which was incredible!

The hostel is small and simpel but really nice. The location is perfekt just out to the main square in the the town. So it is verry close to the small cafes and food places. Jose and his wife are really nice people. Jose wrote recommandations about how to come to Guadalupe with bus. One afternoon where I did not have any plans they invited me to a hike in a nature area with picnic and cold beers.

The hostel is in the middle of town. It has everything you need in a place to stay, and great value! Best of all is the owners. They are so helpful! They helped with everyhting, from booking buses to planning walking routes, everything we could have asked. Brillaint service and patient with my bad Spanish.

The best possible experience you can ever imagine!! José Navarro is the most awesome host and person we have met in more than 20 years of travelling. We came for 2 days and ending up staying 4 days. Cannot recommend more. It's a definite must when visiting Guadeloupe! 👌❤️❤️❤️

Staying with Jose is like staying with family. He was really kind and helped me book my bus for onward travel. He also has a small cafe/bar just past the church that makes the best cake and empanadas. Mucho gracias Jose.

Jose(the owner) is so nice and helpful. Het thought along with us and organised trips(transport) to las gachas and cascadas. The hostel is nicely located, has big comfortable beds and is very clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Super nice owner, perfect location. We arrived earlier and got an upgrade so that we could already check in to that room/apartment.

The best price / quality range that I had got in Colombia travaling more then 4 month. Everything clean, good kitchen, hot shower, good wi-fi. It feels like at home. The location is also very nice, right next door from the bus stop.

I liked just about everything. There is a nice area for washing and drying clothes, plus the option of having staff do it for a moderate charge (in a washing machine). Don Jose and his assistant were like family. This is a place I could stay for a long time.

This hostel has everything you want and need: good kitchen with much stuff and herbs, nice and clean room, warm shower with lot of stuff like hair conditioner and so on,... But the best thing is the host itself! José is a lovable person with which you can talk so well! He offers his help where ever he can (for example with transport, with routes to see in the region and many other things!)
