“Great, convenient hotel in good location”
We really enjoyed our stay here with our two young children. The location is very convenient and close to lovely coffee shops and good restaurants for uber eats. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day. Very comfy beds in a large spacious room so our kids could play and we could work once they were in bed. Excellent shower. We would stay here again.

I was charged twice for the room because the system was slow. My credit card shows 2 charges of $72.00. They told me to have my credit card company to contest the second charge. I am traveling and need to be able to use my card. I booked it through you. Please help me with this. Thank you.

“Didn't live up to previous stays.”
Smaller guest room from previous visits and across from elevator (noisey). Internet service was very spotty and staff didn't inform guests of service problem. It would be helpful if staff used a translation service to communicate.

The bed was really comfy, room was nice, location was great! I also appreciated the pool and the gym; having these facilities available was definitely a bonus.
