The toilet became blocked. We called reception, who said someone would be there in 15 minutes, but they never showed up, and we had to follow up the next day.

We had a great stay in Hotel Real Maestranza. It's modern, tastefully decorated and you can admire art on each floor. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. The location is also very good with 6 min walk to the Cathedral square. .The reception is open 24 hrs and the staff is very welcoming and helpful.

“Supreme location and good facilities”
Supreme location, clean and bright room. I like the coffee maker so I can boil hot water to make coffee and tea. Much better if I could have coffee bag not just first day and tea bags every day. I like the iron so I could tidy up my clothing.

“Good hotel in very center”
Overall hotel is good in a great location, very kind and quick personell. There is art exhibited in the lobby. Room is big enough and very comfortable. Good parking under the hotel. I suppose there is tough competition because hotels are the there all around and these people do their best.

“Such an excellent stay!”
Absultly amazing stay! Nothing to fault. The location is great even though my room had a view of the carparking and the carparking buliding but thats normal if you want to be in the centre. The night tour was excellent and I do encourage everyone to try it through the hotel concierge.

As everyone else has said in all the reviews such a clean and beautifully presented hotel. The staff is just wonderful and the rooms are very clean and very well presented. Great value for money. I recommend it. Highly it was a great surprise.

It’s a great location and good value. It’s clean and staff are friendly. Private, free parking is great which we didn’t need this stay.
