“A pleasant stay in Guadalajara.”
I asked for a quiet room as there were a lot of families at the pool when I arrived on a Saturday afternoon. It quieted down considerably on Sunday as people left for the weekend. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I had an issue with the toilet and shower which were quickly addressed. The shower however was not very good - very little water pressure and very weak stream. Staff were very nice and attentive.

Great value for the money. Nice location, walking distance to everything, but not really in the middle of anything. Nice restaurant if you don't want to go looking for food in the morning.

The breakfast is really delicious. The pool is clean, and free parking is available. The location is not far from the city center but still quiet. The staff is also friendly.

“Once and never again”
We've never stayed in a hotel this dirty. The first room we were given was very dirty, with hair and dirt all over the floor. The hallways in the hotel were also very dirty and hadn't been mopped or cleaned in ages. We complained and were given another room. Unfortunately, we discovered that hair and dirt on the floor are standard in this hotel, as our new room wasn't much cleaner. With a little initiative, we were able to clean the room enough to make it bearable for us for those two nights. Photo 1 shows how much dirt we managed to push into the bathroom alone. On the second day after the cleaning, we returned to the room and were greeted by a pile of hair in the middle of the hallway of our room (photo 2).
