“Completely different from my last stay a week ago”

I am so confused as I stayed a week ago at this same hotel and my room was fantastic clean and comfortable. The receptionist last week smiled and was kind and helpful. This is the reason I rebooked however that was not my experience this time.

Nice staff. Airport shuttle every hour during the night.

I liked the hotel’s location as it is very close to the airport. The price was much higher than in the city center, but since I only had about 3 hours to sleep, it was probably the best option. The room was big and clean. I also had the opportunity to use their free airport shuttle service. There was no problem to get an invoice for the stay. I got it on Whatsapp the same day.

There was a large variety of breakfast items, including Fried or scrambled eggs. We appreciated the shuttle service. The air conditioner was nice and quiet. The lobby had some nice decorative touches.

The staff was very friendly even though we arrived at 2 a.m. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. The breakfast was varied.

What breakfast? If it existed, it was not served in the restaurant. Perhaps I was too early at 5 in the morning.

“Good location at the Guadalajara airport - would stay there again!”

This was the second time at stayed at the hotel. The first time it was "so-so", but this time it was great. The room was equally spacious, but this time it looked like a suite and not just like a big room! So they did make some improvements in the meantime! Last time I wrote "a hotel in the making" They really upped their game! Staff was great like last time! Breakfast included! Transfer to the airport went smoothly! It is fairly close to the airport, takes only 10 minutes!

“Bad experience. I used this place many times but this was the last one”

I got a room in the 5th floor, I got there with all my luggage and the room was either dirty or occupied. I went back down and told the guy and he almost made me feel that it was my fault, then he gave me a room on the 6th floor creepy and the sheets were dirty and ripped.!!! What the heck.!!!

To be fair, I have to divide my review. Staff was excellent, helpful, friendly and always with a smile! From the front desk to housekeeping, to the restaurant, nice people! Somehow I got an upgrade from Booking.com (thank you guys!) to a "Junior Suite"! For me a suite is not just a big room. A suite suggests a bit of luxury, a bit of comfort. Well the room was big. But other than that there was a large bed and a chair, sort of a desk (from wall to wall) underneath the window and that was it. Maybe I had the wrong expectations... I think there is potential if they would be willing to look at things a bit more closely! To summarize: All in all I didn't have a bad time, but it wasn't great either. Not sure if I would book again...
