“Run away, far away from this place”

The room wasn't clean at all, cockroaches and insects everywhere. We have insects in our stuff now... The floor hasn't been wiped before our stay, old hair remained in the bathroom. I can't tell how old was the dust under the bed or on the fan but it was here since months if not years. The room stinks although the window was open 24h. Electricity is not working properly in the bathroom (you can end your shower in complete darkness). In the room it's even more dangerous, as we almost got electrocuted. They are asking for 500mxn deposit, not announced before and you have to pay by cash or bank transfer only, no cards. The host clearly stated "it's not an hotel" although we can find the room in Booking. Run, you fools!

Location and facilities, very nice place for a short period. near to tourist places and good internet speed for work

I though it was a bargain for $740MXN for two nights but I will not be back, ever.

Good kitchen, friendly staff, nice terrace, clean room, nice flowers everywhere 30 min from cathedral

Really nice neighborhood, away from Centro. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Lots of street food within walking distance.

Easily immerse yourself in day to day Guadalajara local life. Not a tourist hotspot. And no apparent danger. Beautiful little town square of a district and full of local life. EVERYDAY you will wake up to the sounds of the locals, chatting, mopeds, daily life but not too loud it's just the most perfect ambience. The views as I may have said is great. For the price you paid it was too good to believe. You've got the stadium and mountains in the background, with beautiful trees both in front but not blocking the view and the city skyline right in front. You're NOT ONE MINUTE away from a pharmacy, a good little grocery shop local food stands of all local delicacies, a pharmacy, a major church with many masses, a cafe with beautiful ambient jazz. This isn't upper class but it's middle class. A place where you feel safe, where there's modern cars and people wear nice things too. 10 MINUTES WALK from a major, modern, safe metro station and a Hypermarket not to mention bars and Pizza huts, nice dentists and it's not hazardous to walk around (as always it's up to your discretion how you dress). Just a drive away from the Zoo and 40 minutes form the airport. I DID NOT STAY THERE I LIVED THERE. I FELT LIKE A LOCAL

Very difficult to point something I liked about this place. Just to say something positive, the location was good, not too far from city centre

Awful experience, the host is not honest, he took my money when i arrived and then refused to give me my change, when i asked him where my money was he said i never gave him any! i was supposed to stay for two nights but i left the following day because i did not trust leaving my belongings in my room when i went out also the room is nothing like the photographs, as other guests have stated, its a small old room with a sofa in the corner, this is not a 'suite' also the bathroom smells very bad and they're cctv cameras everywhere so overall a very uncomfortable experience

“Clean, relaxing, comfortable”

very nice place ! clean and good location. bed was super big and comfy :) easy check in and check out, you get everything you need in there. Worth the money spent, will definitely come back!

Super nice and friendly Host. The house was awesome with garden.

Staff was super nice and chilled he accommodated a late check-in. The terrace beautiful, bed and towels clean as well as the toilet. The room is fairly big and there is a big sofa and wardrobe. Plus there are marvelous paintings.
