Eduardo and Paulina were helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Location was ideal, and their recommendations for dinner were excellent...the hotel is old. Colonial built in 1930, on 1 hand, its quaint and historic but upkeep has not been a priority. My room had a terrace, furniture was rusty and uncomfortable. But I enjoyed my coffee (instant coffee) out there in the morning. Bed was super comfortable, quality linens and towels...I would certainly stay there again.

Nice terrace and room, very friendly staff, very clean. We recommend the presidential suite with whirlpool bathtub on the private balcony, it was really worth the money! The hotel is super well located!

“Nice staff they did all they could to help. THe place is a rip off.”
This place is extreemely noisy. Terrible location. Don´t even stay there. Rooms are really cheap. curtain just gell on me. Bathroom dosn´t work. No ventilation. Really a bad deal.

The area was good. Tv worked. Bed comfortable.. the staff were friendly and helpful. The front hotel area looked nice.
