“Exceptional value for money”
Very spacious, well-mainained apartments with everything needed for a comfortable stay. In a good part of Guadalajara, reasonably close to the centre (30 min walk). Fully equipped kitchen. Bottled water on arrival is much appreciated. Helpful and obliging staff (thanks for the coffee jar)

“I hope not to never need to return”
Stay here for the location. Was here for a week. The wifi is good when it worked. Never had this before or since. It's spacious and I appreciated having a parking spot included. Do give a 500 deposit for a remote, else you'll experience big delays in getting in and out. I liked the responsiveness to fixing things. I moved to the Bungalows nearby and am much happier there.

“Not too great”
The check-in and check-out require calling the guard, who was quite unfriendly. The building Is next to the street and the windows are sub-standard. Other people in the building were loud. There was a lot of furniture moving in the apartment above us.

“Nice apartment, tiny bathrooms, can be a bit noisy”
Good location, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. It's next to a mibici bike rental station. The apartment was more spacious than we expected, good value for money! Wifi worked well but required a router reset one night. Having access to a full kitchen was convenient. Free luggage storage!

The apartment has all you need to feel comfortable ( coffee machine, smart TV, washing machine etc) and the staff working here is really nice. Overall, I think it's a nice place if you like bigger apartments and comfort.
