Our room was clean with a balcony and we could profit from a good weather in October. In the neighbourhood there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants including the bar in the property. The hotel is located a bit far from the train station but there's is a bus, if I recall, C2 and the others, that stops nearby. Palacio Infantido, the main Museum , was a discovery, and we regret we came too late to visit everything better. We also had an opportunity to attend the famous Mercado Cervantino in Alcala de Henares.

Friendliness of the staff, speed of check-in. The receptionist was very helpful, although he didn't know English, but he controlled the translator brilliantly. Purity.

“Nice hotel, very happy”
Very happy with this place. Staff were friendly, rooms are spacious and clean and there is a nice cafe/bar downstairs with very reasonable prices. Good transport links to get all around the town and also to get to the renfe train station to go to Madrid.

A good location. Staff very helpful and parking safely was available underground for a small fee of €5.50 overnight.
