“A beautiful space for relaxation.”
The hotel is beautiful, tranquil and has some lovely design details such as traditional patterned tiles and hanging lamps. The pool is gorgeous and surrounded by luscious trees and plants. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was delicious.

“Great beach location but hotel in need of some investment!”
Beautiful beach location set amongst tropical garden handy for visiting Tayrona National Park .Howler monkeys and other wildlife visited the garden. The Staff were extremely helpful. Freshly prepared breakfast.

Beautiful surroundings. Stunning animals - we had monkeys visit our roof of our room, a memory I will never forget! The food was exceptional. The rooms were cleaned exceptionally. I want to come back.

“Memorable stay in beautiful boutique hotel”
What a wonderful oasis of calm! Absolutely loved my stay here. Spacious and super clean rooms (we got an upgrade which was a wonderful unexpected surprise) with a king size bed, balcony and a living room, comfortable common areas, delicious and varied menu with fresh and local ingredients and of course, its proximity to the sea. You can go on long walks along the beach or simply relax with a book by the pool. We really loved the fact it was quiet (no tv, no loud music, etc) and I want to highlight the incredibly helpful, accommodating and friendly staff always greeting you with a warm smile and catering to every need. Mum and I are already planning on going back in December. I recommend this lovely hotel unreservedly.

“I didn't want to leave the place”
The people working at Masaya collection are such nice people. Especially Daniella who works at the reception, she immidiatelly made me feel welcome and at home. Even if she didn't have to speak english to me she did it always with pleasure, not only to practice but also to make me feel welcome.She was always at my service, with smile and enthousiasme. I'm coming back, the question is only when ? I love the fact that the hotel is a quiet place where you can chill. If you want more music and interaction with people you can just go to the hotel next door "Masay" which is part of the group and you'll experience also a very nice moment.

“A wonderful stay at Masaya Collection Cayena!”
Our experience here was truly fantastic. The place is ideal for relaxation, with only a few rooms, making the atmosphere intimate and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and the services, restaurant, provided by the hotel are excellent and reasonably priced. A special mention to the wonderful reception staff—they were all charming and extremely helpful. You’ll genuinely want to stay here forever. I sincerely hope to return soon. Thank you so much for everything!
