The charming chalet-style Alphorn hotel in Gstaad, close to the cable cars to the Wispile and Eggli ski areas, offers you cosy, rustic rooms and tasty cuisine. Enjoy culinary pleasures in the inviting "Möschgstube" or on the grand sun terrace, providing superb views to the ski slope, and spend peaceful nights in snug rooms. There is a small wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath, a whirlpool, a solarium, a hairdresser and a beauty salon on site. Right behind the hotel you will find a ski school and a ski kindergarten, and within an 8-minute walk you can reach the pedestrianized city centre. The sports centre and the Menuhin marquee are 800 metres away and a golf course is 9 km away.

“Diud not stay, found better hoterl”
nobody at reception, restaurant not oprn, when receptonist turned up, could not speak any european languages or swiss german, hotel next to busy road, rooms looked out on building site.

“It was an awesome and comfortable stay and I will come back and stay here again anytime”
The hotel was a cozy little hotel with excellent staff. A very traditional swiss chalet with wooden structure and large balconies. We stayed at a 4 bed room and was expecting a large room with 4 bed crammed in all the spaces. However to our pleasant surprise it was actually 2 separate rooms with 2 separate toilets. The rooms was very very spacious. The best was the staff. One particular staff member, Liza, was the warmest host I have met in a long time. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We wanted to have dinner outside and, although the dinner was set only inside, she went out of her way to set up a table for us outside and brought all the food there. And at all times she was smiling and talking and joking with us. All of the staff were very helpful and kind. The location was just a short but very scenic walk from gstaad main station. So the location was very ideal as well.

A lovely hotel in a quiet part of town. The recently renovated rooms were very clean and comfortable. The Restaurant was excellent.
