“Best hotel in Gstaad”
This hotel exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, you step out of the train and find yourself right in front of the hotel. The staff are truly exceptional. Not only are they highly professional, but they genuinely care about your experience, making sure you feel happy both in the hotel and while exploring Gstaad. We stayed for two nights and felt wonderfully looked after throughout our stay. The breakfast features top-quality Swiss products and is a real highlight. A special thank you to the General Manager, François, who personally assisted us in organizing a beautiful bike tour — an unforgettable experience. Everyone at the hotel, from the waiters and technicians to the reception team and management, showed genuine care and attention. Overall, a perfect 10/10. If you are in Gstaad, Berner Swiss Quality Hotel is definitely the place to stay..

Location was great! Reasonably priced and right in the center of Gstaad. The rooms were clean, comfortable and from the balcony we could admire the mountains. It also had parking.

Excellent location on the main street where the cow parade, shepherd parade and choirs took place, good breakfast buffet, Nepresso machine in the room with great assortment of complimentary capsules, very friendly and helpful staff.

“Very nice and comfy overnight in Gstaad”
Ideally located near Gstaad main station, very friendly staff - I was traveling with my bicycle and the staff went out of their way to make sure the bicycle was safely stored for the night. Also the spa was great, heated pool, sauna and steam room were top notch !
