Large apartment with everything we needed. Very close to ferry for following morning. Very clean and warm.

Just park your car in the Ferry line and go to bed knowing that you will be on your chosen ferry the next day. Conveniently located near the Gryllefjord Ferry Terminal. The house is large with plenty of room to move. Big kitchen with coffee maker, large fridge and dishwasher, complete with detergent. The bathroom is large with a bonus washing machine and drying rack. There are plenty of cleaning materials for tidy people. There is a beautiful view outside the windows of the kitchen and living room. The check-in process at the supermarket was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good communication all round.

“Terrible experience”

It was an extremely poor check-in experience, and the kitchen utensils were not very clean. Before checking in, the landlord told us that if we didn't want to pay the cleaning fee, we could clean the room ourselves. So we cleaned the room to a high standard. However, when we checked out, we were informed that the use of towels, bath towels and bed sheets was also included in the cleaning fee. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very spacious, in an excellent location by the water and in the middle of the village. We like to cook our own meals when we travel and this place made this possible with a huge, well-equipped kitchen. It had everything needed for meal preparation. This apartment had a front door and a back door with a picnic table right outside. Inside was a huge kitchen table and comfortable living room seating facing the water front. We loved the fact that we could walk out this back door and enjoy the beautiful harbor and fjord. Another plus was that there was a super market a couple of minutes walk away. We would love to stay here again.

The location is excellent with many restaurants and interesting spots. There is a big grocery store nearby probably with the same nice owner. The queue parking for ferry is just next door. Thus, it is so convenient to park there to secure next day trip since early evening and walk back to your cottage or elsewhere. In contrary, there are so many cars parked in line for ferry on the street right in front of the resort and very close to your bungalows.

Perfect location for catching the ferry to Andenes. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the cosy fireplace and the view outside our cabin.

Good fishing spot near. Litlle shop next to us. One grill and one litlle restaurant near. Cabin was good and clean and quiet.
