“visit to Gruissan to visit my sister was fantastic and we have already found another apartment for”
Asked what time to pick up keys so I replied arriving Gruissan but wouldn't need keys until 3 pm but asked for my sister to be called after my arrival but caretaker called my sister at 10 am and demanded she went there and then to collect key - this meant my sister had to leave her husband who has dementia alone as it takes a long time to get him dressed and out their property and she was scared I wouldn't get my key
