A very basic place which would greatly benefit from some upgrades. It has a lot of potential which is not fully used. It's far from modern, but decently clean and well equipped. The owner was very friendly and funny

Very cozy spot right in the heart of the city. We decided to make a stop for the night between travelling from Gdansk to Warsaw and this hostel and the nice Landlady helped us a lot!

“Avoid this place.”
The owners are thieves. Took my money and asked for 6 times more value of bed as deposit. When refused I have been kicked out.

Great location near to tram and fort walk. I had smaller room but big room has even better views of town square and tram line.

“If you have no place else to go, guess it will have to do.”
There was no one speaking English from the staff, when i arrived, as many other reviewers said, i could find the hostel and when i called i just kept getting told "booking dot com" from the person on the other side of the phone. Then they gave me wrong door codes and the cleaning lady came to give me the right ones. Speaking of, the cleaning lady was very loud every time she was in, shouting at her phone or whatever which woke me up a couple of times. The walls are extremely thin and as a result you can hear every single breath the person in the next room takes. Also, there is a no smoking rule but my room smelled of cigarettes no matter how much i let the windows open. And the weirdest of all, in the middle of the apartment building there is a pile of trash from the hostel. Broken stuff no longer being used, just thrown there.

“Just a regular hostel. Nothing more than that.”
I think it’s one of best choice for alone one-night stand’s travel. Definitely the big advantage is remote check in - check out process
