“Not that 'cosy' but adequate for a short stay.”
Cosy Balcony Apartment is quite well located in Grudziadz providing you don't have any walking issues. The apartment was clean.

It was spacious and near the train station, it was renovated and looked nice.

“Convenient place close to the city center”
The appartment is in walking distance ( 30 min ) from the very city center. A supermarket is a 5min walk away. Parking is easy in the street around the corner. We were 3 person but the appartment is large enough for 4, if you are family or friends. The access with door code and keybox is easy. there is a good internet access.

The property was just what we needed. It was light, bright, clean, well looked after and felt very welcoming. The property is only a short walk from city centre and shops. I would thoroughly recommend and would stay again.
