“Amazing Villa”

We were a group of 6 grownups and 2 little children. The villa was just amazing. First of all, the host Ana-Marija was such a kind and helpful person. Every day early in the morning her father came to clean the pool and the barbecue, while the group was still sleeping. The pool wasn’t heated, but anyway at the beginning of may the water was worm enough for having a lot of fun inside. It even has a jacuzzi function. There are a lot of opportunities for the kids, like an outdoor playground, Basketball area and Trampoline. The whole outdoor area is just amazing! Lot of different places to sit outside, sunbeds, parasols, nice flowers and beautiful lemon trees. The house is equipped with everything you will need for your stay, even oven gloves, tea towels, pool towls and stuff for barbecue are available. At least the house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (two separate bathrooms in two rooms, 2 bathrooms at the ground floor and one bathroom upstairs pretty close to two bedrooms). There are also three kitchens (two indoor, one outdoor). This conditions are just perfect for travelling with a group. To drive, the house is around 15 minutes away from the airport. To Dubrovnik it will take at least 35-40 minutes. The small village Gruda is just 3 minutes away by car. The village provides more than 3 supermarkets and is surrounded by very good restaurants. We could also recommend visiting Cavtat and the Pasjaca Beach. All in all, choosing this villa for our holiday, made our trip to a memorial experience. We will definitely come back!

“Absolutely stunning place to spend a family holiday”

The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. It's a dream house for families; there is a trampoline, a basketball / football court, a pool, a ping-pong table, a few board games, as well as some fruit trees (tangerines amongst others) that our kids could pick fruit from every day. The house is 30-40 minutes drive from Dubrovnik, but there are lots of points of interest nearby too: There's a hillfort 15 minutes away, Cavtat city is about 20 minutes, and the Montenegrin border is also very close - a day trip to Kotor is really worth it. The local village (less than 10 minutes away) has a few small supermarkets as well as some cafes and restaurants. There's a lot of friendly local furry visitors too (cats), which our kids loved :).

Great villa with amazing outdoor space. Peaceful location near Dubrovnik and ideal location for trips over the border into nearby Montenegro. Great restaurants nearby. Hosts were very friendly and communication was excellent.

“Fantastic family getaway”

Beautiful location, away from the bustle of the coastal towns yet near to Dubrovnik. 15 min drive to amazing Pasjaca beach.
