“Great hosts great location perfect”

We arrived late 22:00 to a welcome from the hosts. Having had a long travel day it was amazing to sink into a very comfortable bed and slept very well. Early start to get to Yosemite (the location of this property 30 mins from the park gates) and we were offered Breakfast Coffee Juice followed by eggs ham and cheese with watermelon . I am not usually a fan of watermelon but this was so juicy and sweet it al went down along with a banana. Although we were only there fleetingly we would 100% go back.

Great property with views of the forest, and comfortable, large, cozy rooms. The hosts were lovely and gave us useful recommendations. A relaxing gateway to Yosemite.

The breakfast was superb and Chris and Brittany were very welcoming. The decor was rustic, no tv in the room, but very clean and comfortable. A lovely stay in a family home, would recommend.

We had a wonderful one night stay at the Berkshire Inn, we wanted to be close to Yosemite. The host and hostess were very welcoming and helpful and the bedroom was very spacious and comfortable, with exceptional breakfast included. We would highly recommend a visit to the Iron Door Saloon in Groveland, the oldest saloon in California.

Amazing hospitality and a beautiful home! The hosts were very attentive and considerate. We only stayed one night and had to leave very early the next morning, so we couldn't enjoy their homemade breakfast. Still, they made fresh coffee for us and let us grab some fruit. Watching the hummingbirds on their porch was such a treat. Thank you!!

The room was clean and super comfortable. The owners are welcoming. I have eaten here the best pancakes for breakfast!

Great hosts that are always there in case you need anything. Nice outside area to sit during breakfast and at night with a cup of tea. Rooms are clean and even nicer than in the pictures.

The best scrambled eggs for breakfast in 14 days travelling along SW USA. The towels, the best found in an accomodation in many years. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Very nice house. Chris and Brittany were very friendly and serviceable. A place to come back!

The location was stunning, complemented by the owner's friendly manner, making us feel at home from the minute we entered the property. We whiled away the evening overlooking the mountains, enjoying the evening heat whilst drinking a glass of wine out of a bottle we bought from the local country store, only interrupted by the occasional deer. Family memories we will cherish for years to come.

Homely Inn, Brett and Kristy, the owners, were always around when needed and made an amazing breakfast! Room was very clean, with a comfy bed and nice hot shower. Chance (pet dog) was a nice addition too!

Amazing place to stay, Chris was so welcoming and kind to us. The room was clean, quiet and a great atmosphere at the inn. We enjoyed the sunset and had the best breakfast ever on our last day. Great location not far from Yosemite. Will definitely go back!
