“Beautiful stay and a delicious breakfast!”
The view from our room was fabulous and the size of the room was wonderful. We had a massive double bed, plus another bed in a separate room. The breakfast was amazing, with loads of options.

“A beautiful property surrounded by nature. Frascati Wine region on door step and if you have a car, it’s only 40 mins fr”
AMAZING view across Rome as the Villa sits high up on one of Rome’s surrounding hills. Quiet suburban area with plenty of nature to loose yourself in. Head to the benches placed behind the old Villa for the best view. Fantastic roof top terrace with lovely breakfast provided. They even use the outside terrace area for Aerial Yoga retreats. Unfortunately there wasn’t one on when we stayed. Plenty of parking.
