“Excellent place to stay for exploring Grottaferrata and surrounding towns, Castell Gandolfo (Pope’s summer residence not”
This is the third time we have stayed here as we visit relatives who live close by and each time has been excellent. The villa is set off the road in its own large mature gardens and is beautifully decorated inside. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is croissants, cakes, cheese, salami etc and is ample. Cooked dishes available upon request and the coffee excellent.

“Relaxing farmhouse in Castelli Romani area”
Location is very near to Frascati and 30 mins walking from downtown of Grottaferrata in a main road, it is strategic location. The house has old furniture it is a bit eclectic but it creates a very nice ambience, it is very calm and relaxing. There is a huge beautiful garden. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice of sweet and salty snacks, coffee was very good. Owner is very kind checking the guests and we had nice conversation, i had the feeling like at home. I enjoyed the cats company as well :) If you don't have car do not book this accommodation! The entrance gate is a bit narrow, you should ring the bell and reception will open the gate. Overall was a very nice experience, thank you very much for everything :)

Everything was excellent, besides room did not have proper ventilation, so it was little bit too "heavy" air. Breakfast was very nicely served, but too sweet to my taste :) Very good value of money and amazing house.

Lovely home very nicely decorated with loads of fine pieces. Room (family room) was very large and comfy. Breakfast was plentiful. Parking on site available (free of charge)

Great Villa. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Close to many Restaurants. 20km outside of Rome, so we could enjoy the sites of Rome, then leave the City behind.and return to the calm atmosphere of this Country House.

Difficult to find a better place in terms of good taste, cosiness and atmosphere of quietness, charm and retirement sorrounded by books, style furnishing and a beautiful collections of paintings and art objects. Stefano, the owner, and a culture promoter himself, provided us with invaluable tips for our visits to Castel Gandolfo, Nemi, Villa d'Este, Aricci, Palestrina, etc.
