Overview
Park Hotel Villa Grazioli is a beautiful 16th-century building set in a panoramic location in the hills above Rome. You will have amazing views, a pool, and truly historic accommodation. Villa Grazioli Park Hotel is made up of 3 old buildings spread around the grounds and all connected to each other via an underground tunnel. All rooms have satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The main villa has lounges and bars with frescos, paintings by important Italian artists and antique furnishings. The Park Hotel's Grazioli Art Bistrot has a hanging garden with wonderful views and serves Mediterranean dishes. Reservation is needed. You will have free parking on site and be a 5-minute drive from Grottaferrata and Frascati. You can catch quick trains into Rome from here.

The location is on top of a small hill with a wonderful view. We had a really nice and clean room. Breakfast was typical italian and we did not miss much. All in all such a breathtaking stay and we will come back one day!

I discovered this property by chance during a business trip with my colleagues. The place made me feel immersed in a bygone era. The bedroom is fascinating and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh, high-quality, well-prepared products.

Loved the style and the ambience of the hotel and gardens . The room was extremely comfortable and there was no noise (considering there was a wedding happening during our stay - I was amazed) It was superb - the pool was a lovely bonus, as was the free shuttle ride into Frascati and back.

Beautiful villa… staff all very caring and attentive. Amazing architecture and incredible frescoes on the walls and ceilings… felt like walking in a museum, with huge rooms comfortably furnished. The silence was fantastic for a great night’s sleep, and the bed was extremely comfortable. All was scrupulously clean

Having visited Villa Grazioli several years ago, I knew what to expect, but the main building - a national monument, incidentally - can still take the breath away inside and out. We spent the first part of our break without a car but even when we hired one for the second week, we still regularly used the hotel's excellent shuttle service down into Frascati. The pool area is lovely and offers a bar, with the option to catch some shade under the trees if things get too hot, which they occasionally did. There is an excellent restaurant on site - booking recommended - and dozens of options in Frascati.

The location, history, interiors and we had a beautiful room overlooking Rome. Best shower all holiday and very clean and Lucy. Would certainly like to return and can highly recommend. Just wish we could have stayed longer than one night.
