“Truly a Sweet little cottage”

The location was beautiful ..Alessandro was very pleasant and extremely well organised. Tea coffee biscuits cake snacks and fresh 🥐 for breakfast were most appreciated. Linen and towels were clean. Lovely hot water always on tap for washing dishes and showering.

Astonishing property, it is really a little paradise. Super warm host, helpful and available. Secure parking is in the garden, you can really easy get to Anagnina station by the bus, and then on the metro. You cannot purchase bus tickets on the bus, so we got free ride to Anagnina Metro station. Viva Italia

Very nice cotage near not far away from Rome.

Beautiful small villa sits in well laid out garden. We went on Pilgrimage to Rome and did not have our own transport . Public transport IS AVAILABLE via bus from main road to Metro. Obviously, life would have been easier with our own car but who on earth wants to drive in Rome! No thanks! Taxis too are available.

Sad that we arrive late evening and left early morning. Views on the way to apartment was amazing - lights over the city at night from high above. Alessandro is very kind and welcoming. Place has everything for longer stay. Kitchen and plates, washing machine etc. When next time in Rome, will stay there again

Very nice location, very nice garden and Alessandro is very helpful. Walk to the centre of Grottaferata is 30min. But there are plenty of good restaurants to enjoy very nice Italia foods

Alessandro is an exceptional host. He made any efforts to make us feel welcome, comfortable and to have a great stay. His prompt and informative responses made all the difference. Plenty of breakfast was there for us.

“Perfect villa, out of town”

A lovely self contained unit with great amenities. Our host was great, provided us with lots of useful information. Definitely need a car for this accommodation as it is ten min drive to the local train station but it worked for us.

“Perfect base for a little family with car”

Nice and warm house, quite big and with everything a little family needs to stay also for more than a few days. Parking place in front of the house. The manager was very welcoming, extremely punctual and the communication on WhatsApp was ideal. Two different sets of pillows (not the best, but at least you can choose). It's quiet and warm, we slept quite well. Drinkable tap water (not exactly tasteless, but good enough). Less than 15 minutes from Ciampino airport.
